Take Courage is Joe Danks' first foray into releasing original music under his own name for a decade. The songs included here are beautifully arranged and recorded, rendered through the lens of Scott Walker, The Divine Comedy, Villagers and Nick Drake. With the help of co-producer Ben Davies, Joe has spearheaded a singular vision to create an unusual, melodramatic record that he loves - a rare and wonderful thing.
